Construction of a building complex consisting of five units with type house with criteria of eco-sustainability.
The particular shape of the lot, the requirements of Technical Standards intervention, the need for optimization of the interior spaces, even and especially in relation to their exposure, have prescribed a careful analysis of the possible solutions of the project, looking for the one that needs to mediate technical-functionalist, with the formal ones.
Will of the project was in fact not only to create a building complex that would satisfy all the requirements laid down in the technical-functional building program, but also to create an artifact that communicated through the form this research required and prescribed by the rules, trying to get out of the formal schemes to which we are accustomed.
